The Washington D.C Samba Dance Meeting

Tuesday evening drop-in Authentic Brazilian Samba, taught by Maria Del Mar starting Feb 12th (or already on Feb 5th if enough of the 6:30 Salsero's, who also do both Samba and Salsa would want to start early). All levels welcome as we start from the basics.

Class times:
7:15pm- 8pm Brazilian Samba classes - Carnaraval & eventually Gafieira, Brazilian Dance Mix classes - Lambada, Forro and Axe
(Which will change over time to include Samba Rock, Brazilian Bolero, Pagode, Vanerao, etc....).

Learn the sexy, fun, fast & furious Brazilian Samba including styling and a number of different authentic Brazilian Samba patterns each week. You've seen them dance at the "Carnival" in Rio de Janeiro and during "Marti Gras" in New Orleans. This class includes styling and moves for both men & ladies that will make your dancing style in the clubs "Out of this World"! Prepare now for those HOT! dance clubs and Marti Gras parties.

AN ONGOING DROP-IN CLASS - NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE OR PARTNER REQUIRED

Also, our monthly "Dance-&-Learn Parties" and the weekly "Sunday Salsa, Argewntine Tango and Salsa Rueda Social Dance Parties" at the Chevy Chase Ballroom will also be playing Brazilian Samba so you can put your new choreography to use. New patterns will be introduced weekly after review of those covered the week before. This class is for both men and women and includes a lot of styling.

All Sunday Samba classes include admission to the "Sunday Salsa, Argentine Tango & Salsa Rueda Social Dance Party" from 7:00pm to 11:15pm which now includes Tango dancing in studio A and Salsa and Brazilian dancing in studio B.

Discounts do not apply to the Argentine Tango ($15.00) or Casino Rueda ($12.00) classes after 5:00pm other than the 10-class dance card for $95.00 good for any of Terry's classes at www.PleaseDanceWithMe.com.

$10.00 student discount or $75.00 student 10-class dance card good toward any of Terry's Chevy Chase Ballroom classes throughout the week.

Bring a "First-Class-is-Free" Discount Pass from www.PleaseDanceWithMe.com/s2for1pass.doc for those attending any of Terry Chasteen's Chevy Chase Ballroom classes for their first time,

....Or bring a "2-For-the-Price-of-1 Discount Pass" whenever you invite a first-time student to come with you. This way, everyone will a little save in the process and you'll soon find that it's much more fun to have your friends to dance and practice with you.

(Actually bringing in the "First-Class-Is-Free-Pass" and/or "2-For-the-Price-of-1 Pass" is required to receive any of the discounts. We must turn them in along with your name on them with the class roster. Those who don't bring one must pay for the class and may use it for their next class).
