Mondays 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Learn the ancient art of belly dance in this fun and encouraging class. You will learn basic technique and choreography through body movement, isolations and graceful expressions. Improved posture, increased flexibility and toned muscles will also be developed in this class.
